The Opportunity:



As part of the leadership team including Product Owners, Scrum Masters / Kanban Leads, and Technical / Competency Leads, this role focuses on developing individuals and teams for optimal performance.



Within the Agile methodology framework, accountable for consistently mentoring and coaching to optimize individual performance while facilitating team members through the change management curve. Building self-sustaining energized and engaged individuals to cultivate a culture of collaboration and recognition. Identifying impediments and obstacles (organizational, technically, etc.) and executing to address and/or remove them.

What You Will Do:



As Servant Leaders, you will:



Coach/Mentor



  • Partner with Associates through regular 1 on 1 sessions to encourage engagement; motivate and providing performance feedback 


Provide Leadership



  • Develop and implement strategic people focused plans

  • Facilitate and manage the Skills Matrix and Employee Dashboard


Support Agile Methodology



  • Support and instill the guiding principles of agile to maximize value


Lead Organizational Change



  • Act as an organizational change artist through support, communication and implementing change management activities


Who You Are:



  • Very strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team of 25 +  technically talented associates towards a common vision or goal      

  • Strong initiative, forward thinking and creative problem solving skills 

  • Adapts well and supports the team through frequent changes, delays and unexpected events

  • Possess solid decision making and influencing skills based on facts and sound judgment

  • Results driven with creative approach to idea generation and conflict resolution and problem solving

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships


What You Have:



  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience where there is an emphasis on coaching and development activities

  • Post-secondary education

  • Experience within the field of technology would be a strong asset
