This full stack position includes a persistent research cycle towards evaluating the latest technologies and implementing them when appropriate. At T-Metrics, you'll work inside an Agile framework where we code "for the market" meaning that we generally do not develop software for a specific customer but rather code for consumption in the telephony market as we see trends rise regarding needs for new products and features.
Skills & Requirements
A clear understanding of OOP concepts and techniques is imperative. We care a lot less about which languages you know well and a lot more about whether you understand the philosophical and practical implications of what you're doing. If you've never touched C# in your life but you are well versed in OOP in some language then we'll be able to bring you up to speed in the Microsoft code galaxy.
We prize abstract reasoning ability at T-Metrics; that is to say, we look for talented folks with a lot of raw intellect who are passionate about the craft of code and love to learn. The rest are simply matters of syntax, culture, and mutual respect.
