Roles and Responsibilities
Will be developing bug free, maintainable, scalable web applications.
- Will be working as a team for identifying the best approach of the problem.
- Will be following agile practices for successful, sustainable delivery of software solutions.
- Able to solve complex problems involving integration, scaling and implementation.
- Actively participates in requirements, architecture, and design meetings.
- Have a sense of ownership.
- Act as mentor for team members and take an active role in grooming them.
Skills :
- Expert in Java
- Expert in any popular web application framework
- Knowledge of SQL & database design
- Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with version control
- Knowledge of any unit testing framework
Experience : Should have 3 - 5 Years of experience in Software Development.
