Duties: Develop, create, modify, test, and implement software application code for Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) systems and develop automation processes. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, develop and test resolutions. Support various non-production environments for the CTO systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year of experience as an Application/Software Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree and one (1) year of experience.
Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) v7x-8x; data modeling and Java class structures; web concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, or JSP; Object Oriented development concepts; Unix; Linux; application server technology such as Websphere; RDMS concepts including queries and stored procedures; Service Oriented Architecture; Business Application Monitoring; Business Process Management; web vulnerability analysis; secure coding concepts; Agile; development in more than one programming language such as Java or Javascript; and fundamental security, performance, and resiliency techniques and tools.
